Fasih Bukhari appointed NAB Chairman

ISLAMABAD, : President Asif Ali Zardari on Sunday appointed Admiral ® Fasih Bukhari Chairman of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).According to a notification issued by the Federal Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, on the advice of Prime Minister the President made the appointment under Section 6(b) of National Accountability Ordinance, 1999 with immediate effect
.The President made the appointment after consultation with Leader of the House and Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly.
